Aité Eco Resort - This place is in the small beach town of La Guajira. It has an AMAZING open air restaurant on the property and you stay in giant palapas.
where to shop
Caballo de Troya - This is probably the best souvenir shop I've been to. The store is organized by regions of Colombia and features products made by indigenous communities.
